Donovan was great! My mother and I both went to get our taxes done with him and it was wonderful. I had had horrible experiences with other companies that robbed my mother and I blind, charging us a ridiculous fee and then when we would go over the information, hundreds of dollars were taken on top of the fee. So after doing taxes on my own for some years and having some questions, I turned to Donovan and the experience was amazing. It was private and direct, any and all questions were answered. Then when everything was all said and done, one flat rate! No hidden fees! Not only that but after everything was filed he would call just to update me on the status of the taxes. It was a great experience and I will be returning next year!
